The SEAL 65 Pro MD 65" Wide Format Roll Laminator is a versatile and hig production laminating machine that can run both hot and cold applications. It can laminate documents up to 65" wide and capable of 3 mil thermal encapsulation at a speed of up to 15 feet per minute. Utilizing cutting edge technology, the 65 Pro MD is capable of running thermal film at 2-3 times the speed of other laminators on the market today. - Dual IR Quartz heated rollers capable of running both hot and cold films.
- 65" working width to handle a wide range of media.
- Maximum operating speed of 15’/minute.
- 2" nip with precision pneumatic rollers for even speed and pressure to ensure smooth, wrinkle-free graphics.
- Bi-directional operation allows for efficient operating.
- Easy Operator Interface (EOI) controls temperature, speed, cooling and nip height with a touch screen.
- 4 auto-grip swing up supply shafts that are cantilevered and swing out and away from the laminator so that films and adhesives can be loaded quickly and easily without any obstructions.
- Flip up in feed table for easy webbing.
- Foot switch for hands free operation.
- Self checking safety eyes for increased operator safety.
- Removable front/rear image roll trough for easy feeding of images.
- Optional Slitter Assembly that includes 2 cutters/slitters.
