The quartz infrared heater dispense equal amount of heat through the heat roller to ensure consistent lamination. Once the document is laminated, it passes under a forced air cooling tube and adjusted de-curling bard. It will remove any curl from the heated print and cools it quickly to provide a flat surface. A perf wheel is incorporated to perforate the film for a much easier separation process. The sheet separator is followed by a movable stacker. With a magnetic guide, the stack can be adjusting to any level to better hold the laminated documents. 620os can laminate up to 45ft per minute, making it the perfect machine for a large demand of volume.
