EPSON WILL SEND YOU A CHECK FOR THE FULL PRICE (BEFORE TAXES) OF THE LEAST EXPENSIVE PRODUCT PURCHASED. CLAIMS MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE PURCHASE DATE.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This rebate offer applies only to purchases of the specified products listed on this coupon when products are purchased and delivered in the U.S. or Puerto Rico between September 1, 2020 and September 30, 2020 from an Epson Authorized Professional Imaging Reseller. You must complete this coupon fully and submit it along with 1) a copy of a valid invoice or receipt with the qualifying products circled; 2) an original or a copy of the UPC code from the product boxes. Claims must be postmarked within 30 days from the purchase date. All three (3) Signature Worthy or Legacy Media must be purchased together and appear on the same invoice. There is a maximum of nine (9) claims per customer/address on this offer. Offer applies to end user, original customers only. No resellers, distributors or dealers. Offer is not transferable. Use of fictitious names, multiple addresses, or PO Boxes is prohibited. Epson products, including any part or component thereof, are not for resale. No substitutions or extensions. Offer is subject to product availability. This offer can be combined with any other Epson mail in rebate offer. Epson and its agents have the right to substantiate submissions and to reject claims that do not comply with these terms. Handwritten invoices or receipts will not be accepted. Rebate checks are void if not cashed
within 90 days of issuance and cannot be reissued. Epson is not responsible for lost, stolen, invalid or incomplete submissions. Claims will not be accepted if receipt shows retailer deducted the rebate amount at the time of purchase. You should receive your rebate within eight
(8) weeks from receipt of a properly completed claim. Keep copies of all materials submitted; originals become the property of Epson and Epson may use the information provided in accordance with its privacy policy posted on its website. This rebate is not available when the customer has purchased Signature Worthy or Legacy media under some other special program, or a negotiated contract for multiple Signature Worthy or Legacy Media at a discount.
