
Notice: Price Increase on All Epson Products
Dear Customer,
We received word today that Epson has announced an immediate tariff-imposed price increase on all their products, effective immediately, in response to the recent Executive Order:
"Regulating Imports with a Reciprocal Tariff to Rectify Trade Practices that Contribute to Large and Persistent Annual United States Goods Trade Deficits."
What does this mean for you?

Any order currently in the system that has not been shipped (partially or fully) by Image Pro or Epson will be affected by the price increase.
If you have an order pending, it will need to be resubmitted at the new, higher pricing—no exceptions. -
All Epson products are impacted by this 24% price increase, including:

Hardware
-
Accessories
-
Ink
-
Warranty extensions
-
Parts
-
And all other related items

Price lists and the Image Pro portal will be updated accordingly this week.

All bids—including individual client bids, blanket programs (SLED, Brighter Futures, etc.)—will also be affected. No exceptions.
In the coming days, we will review all open orders and notify you directly if your order must be cancelled and resubmitted with a new PO reflecting the adjusted pricing.
If you have any questions or need assistance verifying an order, please send us your PO number, and we will research it for you.
Additionally, we anticipate similar changes from other manufacturers and will keep you informed as we receive official updates.
